The 90-day cycle
Thirteen weeks. Six shoots. A post every business day.
Here's exactly what happens after you sign, week by week. No mystery, no 'creative process'. A schedule.
How it works
Three steps. We do all of them.
01 / Film
Film
Two sessions a month, about five hours each, on your job sites. We work around the job, not the other way round. Your crew keeps moving. We stay out of the way and get the shots.
02 / Edit
Edit
Every session gets cut into reels, stills and posts, sized and captioned for each platform. Videography, photography and editing, all included. Real footage. No AI stock.
03 / Post
Post
A new post every business day, Monday to Friday, for three months. You don't touch a scheduler, write a caption or think about it once.
01 · Filming
Two sessions a month, on your sites.
Every second week a videographer turns up to a job you're already doing. About five hours. We brief them with a shot list before every session, so nothing is left to chance and your crew isn't waiting around.
They work around the job, not the other way round.
02 · The shot list
Built on pillars, not one-off jobs.
We don't need a dramatic job every fortnight. The shot list is built around five things every trade business has, on every site, every week.
- 01
Faces and crew
The people customers will meet at the door. Names, faces, who does what. This is what makes a stranger comfortable letting you in.
- 02
Before and after
The oldest trick in the trade and still the best. What it looked like when you turned up. What it looked like when you left.
- 03
On-site culture
Smoko, the ute, the banter, the 6am start. How the crew works tells a customer how the crew will treat their home.
- 04
Craftsmanship
The close-ups. The clean join, the tidy switchboard, the flashing done properly. Proof you care about the parts nobody checks.
- 05
Educational
Short answers to the questions you get asked every day. Why the quote is what it is. What to check before you call. The posts that get saved and sent to a mate.
03 · Editing
Every session, cut for four platforms.
Raw footage comes back to us after each session. We cut it into short vertical clips, pull stills for carousels and static posts, write the captions in your voice, and size everything for where it's going.
Real footage, real people. No AI-generated images. Trades audiences can tell, and it costs you trust.

04 · Posting
Monday to Friday. Never weekends.
A new post goes live every business day for three months. Not weekends, on purpose. People look for a roofer when something's broken during the work week, not while scrolling on a Sunday.
Weekday posting puts you in front of them when they're actually looking, and a five-day rhythm reads as steady, not spammy.
We schedule through a publishing tool using partner access to your accounts. We never ask for your passwords.
A new post every business day. Weekends off, on purpose.
05 · Review
One call a month. Then we point the camera somewhere new.
Every month we sit down for a strategy call. What's landing, what isn't, what the next month of filming should focus on.
If a direction isn't working, it changes. No lock-in means you're never stuck with a plan that isn't earning its keep.

That's the whole cycle.
If it sounds like something your business could use, the next step is fifteen minutes on the phone.
